All members receive a newsletter in the spring and fall. This informs them of upcoming events and club developments.
Customers can place their custom made advertisement in our newsletter for a low cost, directed to a captive audience in black and white.
The cost for the newsletter ads are as follows:
Business Card $10.00
Quarter Page $20.00
Half Page $30.00
Full Page $50.00
This is a great way to let our members know of services and promotion that you or your business offers to the horse owning community.
SINGLE CLASS SPONSORS
With this option, you may pick a class from our list to sponsor at one of our shows. Your donation will be broken into a 5-placing purse as follows:
First Place $11.00
Second Place $ 9.00
Third Place $ 7.00
Fourth Place $ 5.00
Fifth Place $ 3.00
Your personal or business name will be announced as the sponsor during the class so our riders will know who to thank!
FULL YEAR CLASS SPONSOR
$150.00 per class
$280.00 for 2 classes
This choice allows you to sponsor the sme class throughout the whole Show year. Your personal or business name will be announced at each show as the sponsor, both at the beginning and end of the class.
This option also includes a 1/4 page ad in the newsletter.
DONATION SPONSOR
A donation sponsorship enables you or your business to donate merchandise, gift certificates or any dollar amount to suit your budget.
You may pick the class that you wish this item to go to, or if you prefer, our club executive will decide which class it would be suited to. The name of the Donor will be announced during the presentation of the prize so that everyone will be aware of your contribution.

Sponsoring the LCWHC is a low cost, effective way to reach a group of potential customers. "Horsey" people don't just ride horses, thay have homesm families and need the service that you offer. What a great way to get your business notices!!

Every fall, the LCWHC hosts a year end banquet. This is a chance to recognize the hard work done by the members through the year. The Club's goal is to recognize as many of our mrmbers as possible. Our main awards are listed below
High Point awards are given to the Junior, Youth & Senior divisions for Performace (Western & English), Reining (which combines the Jog-Reining and Reining classes) and Western Games
The cost to sponsor this award is $40.00
Overall High Point winners in Performace and Western Games are awarded beautiful Belt Buckles made by Montana Silversmiths. These buckles are highly prized as awards and it is the Club's desire to keep them as the Overall High Point Awards. As a sponsor, your name will appear on the Certificate of Acheivement also given with the Award.
The cost to sponsor this award is $110.00
Overall High Point Rider and Horse of the Club is also recognized. This award is generally an item that the recipient would find useful as a rider. Unless specified by the donor, the Club Executive can decide which item would best suit the recipient. As sponsor, your name would appear on the Certificate of Achievement also given with the Award
The cost to sponsor this award is $75.00

Thank you for your interest in the Lanark County Western Horse Club. The LCWHC is in our sixth year of organization! We are a group of locl horse-people hoping to offer all riders the opportunity to come together to participate in fun, friendly events. Our goal is to run a Club that allows a;; ages and abilities of riders the chance to enjoy their disciplinem whether it is Performance, Reining or Gaming.
We extend a warm welcome to everyone to come to any event and see for yourself what our club has to offer. From the thrill and speed of the morning game classes, the polish and refinement of the afternoon performance classes and the grace of the reining classes, the day has something for everyone. Spectators are always welcome and appreciated.
